Return and Refund Policies

1. General Policy

Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues caused by the customer, such as:

  • Ordered the wrong size, color, or product

  • Changed your mind after purchasing

  • Provided incorrect shipping address

  • Uploaded low-resolution or incorrect artwork

We only offer replacements or refunds if the problem is caused by our error.


2. Eligible Reasons for Replacement or Refund

You may request a replacement or refund if one of the following occurs:

a. Defective or Damaged Product

  • Item arrives damaged, broken, or not functioning as expected

  • Printing is blurry, misaligned, or inconsistent

b. Wrong Item Received

  • Wrong size, color, or design sent

  • Missing item(s) in the package

c. Poor Print Quality (Our Fault)

  • Smudges, streaks, off-placement prints

  • Low-quality print not matching the design file provided

d. Package Lost in Transit

  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will resend or refund.

Note: Minor variations in color, print placement, and measurement (within industry-standard tolerances) are not considered defects.


3. Timeframe for Claims

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within:

  • 7 days of receiving the product for damaged or incorrect items

  • 30 days if the package has not arrived (lost)

Claims submitted after these timeframes may be declined.


4. Required Evidence

To process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • Order number and email used at checkout

Without proper evidence, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.


5. Refund or Replacement Options

Once your claim is approved, you may choose:

a. Replacement

A new product will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.

b. Refund

A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method, depending on the case.

c. Reshipment

If the item is lost in transit, we will re-ship the item for free.


6. Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Customer errors (wrong size/color/item chosen)

  • Items reported as damaged after the allowed timeframe

  • Slight color differences due to screen settings or printing processes

  • Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

  • After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately — we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already in production.


8. Return Instructions

We generally do not require physical returns for print-on-demand items.
If a return is necessary, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Please do not send items back without our confirmation.
