1. Order Processing Time

If we experience a high volume of orders, production or shipping delays may occur. We will notify you by email if there is any significant delay.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times depend on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–6 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 10–20 business days

  • Express International (if available): 7–14 business days

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues outside our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total weight or number of items

Promotional free shipping may be available during certain campaigns.


4. Order Tracking

5. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order shows "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

  • teetiktok.us is not responsible for:

    • Stolen packages

    • Carrier delays

    • Delivery to wrong addresses provided by customers

  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may issue a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The shipping label

    • Packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


9. Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately to speed up delivery times.
You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
